We have been working closely with Public Health and the VCS to develop a strong network of those working on food insecurity – Southwark Food Action Alliance (SFAA). This alliance aims to bring together the myriad of organisations and individuals working with food to tackle issues around food insecurity, healthy eating and more.
This new role also comes at an important time in the development of SFAA and aims to ensure that food insecurity and other food-related issues are being tackled strategically and practically at every level and in partnership across the borough of Southwark.
This is your opportunity to help develop and lead something special for Southwark and its VCS and have a big impact on food security and wider food issues.
